THE VENUE
Historically built to serve as an apple orchard with a beautiful historic barn next door (great for photography shoots), the Orchard Lane Events location has since evolved into an amazing venue that offers 52 acres of breath-taking scenic countryside landscape with one of kind views, due to it being at the highest spot located in Xenia Township.

Orchard Lane is an intimate and unique venue that is a picturesque location for weddings and other special events in Greene County. We are located in a quiet location, yet we are just minutes from I-675. Our venue is complete with shabby chandeliers along with a barn next door for plenty of outdoor photos, offers a rustic country feel for your special day!

Our unique two-floor set up is perfect for an intimate wedding or party, and provides you with options since you are getting the use of two separate rooms to make your wedding day fun and personalized to your taste. Exclusive use of our venue provides the versatility of a private outdoor ceremony or an elaborate reception indoors.

FIRST FLOOR
Our first floor layout gives your guest a warm welcome as they enter through the beautifully painted double doors. Our chic touch embodies the perfect blend of luxury and modern styling all while maintaining the rustic charm of a nature homestead. We built in all levels of comforts with men’s and women’s bathrooms with the perfect touch of decor and a full kitchen located in the rear to serve any refreshments or catering of your choice. We accommodate about 125 people on the first floor which is perfect for cocktail hour and hors d’oeuvres and dinner.
SECOND FLOOR
Our unique second floor setup is perfect for an intimate wedding or party, and provides you with options to make your wedding day fun and personalized to your taste. Exclusive use of our venue provides the versatility of 100 people on 2nd floor where our dance floor is located, keeping the party moving upstairs to the dance floor for drinks and dancing!
THE BRIDAL SUITE
Enjoy getting ready for your event with loved ones in our Bridal Room. The re-purposed side room features warm decor on the ceilings, air conditioning, and heat to get ready in. This sitting room has a wall mirror with hooks for hanging robes, dresses and attire, along with comfortable seating that will allow you to savor every moment of your special day.
OUTDOOR PATIO
Our outdoor patio is complete with stained wood finishing, along with a barn backdrop for plenty of outdoor photo ops, offers a rustic chic feel for your special day. The barn next door with its heavy timber construction, open floor plan, two story floor plan provides a beautiful setting for an indoor photography or staging any time of year. Our patio provides the versatility of a private outdoor ceremony, after party, or an elaborate reception. Mother nature provides a picture perfect setting for your wedding ceremony outside or we can provide an elegant setting inside for your family and friends. There is plenty of green space outdoors for tents available from one of several vendors also.
